Most people are way too busy to pay attention to kids all the time, especially adults.
Maybe your friends ignore you because they figured out you don't even like them ! If you have a bad attitude, the kids at school will ignore you. Try being nice !
But it will take time because they remember you don't like them .

Hey, for as long as I'm writing this you have MY undivided attention.

Hey, it happens. Think about it this way, can you pay full attention to everybody around you for 100% of the time? It's just you remember the feeling when someone wasn't paying attention to you a lot more than when you where the one not paying attention. I try not to take it too personally, unless i get the "sorry, but i cant be bothered to hold even a marginal conversation with you, this tax form is much more interesting"

One thing you can do is to try to make a conversation more engaging to the other person, ask them questions about what you just said,or ask them what they think about it. Avoid monopolizing the conversation, or monologuing. Give them time to think and to string together a response. If they don't answer, try rephrasing what you said before. Conversation is a fine art which some people seem entirely unaware of.;-(

last, If none of that works try asking if they find it uninteresting, If so, what are they thinking about? don't let the shrug that off with "nothing really"; obviously it was something they find more interesting. And don't get frustrated. Talking to people is harder than you might think!

Your mom: My mom does it, too, but that's only because she's busy.
When your mom's doing something or is thinking, just wait until she's through so you can talk to her.
If it's an everyday-kinda-thing, then tell her that she ignores you all the time.
Say,"Mom, whenever I say something, you ignore me."
Laugh it off if at all possible, because you don't want it to sound like it's some traumatic thing, and you certainly don't want to sound dramatic.
Your friends: If you don't like them, then why are they your friends?
My friends used to ignore me, too, cause one of my friends was friends with the other one, and they'd run off together and leave me.
It made me mad, and I just told them that I couldn't stand it anymore, and I didn't want to be their friend any longer.
If you don't like your friends, then get yourself out of the misery, and get new friends.
Tell them that they ignore you all the time, and you don't think the friendship is going anywhere.
Leave it at that, and don't be their friend anymore.
If they're mean to you afterwards or talk about you, just ignore them, cause you don't want them to know that it bothers you or they'll keep doing it.
Your dad: Same with your mom. He may be busy, and you think he's ignoring you instead.
If it's an everyday-thing, tell him that he ignores you.
And like I said before, kinda joke, cause you don't want it to blow up.

Maybe you arent being out spoken enough. Dont be shy let people know you are there and want to be heard. As for your brother well siblings are like that. Your friends, well alot of time friends (especially young ones) are more interested in what they have to say themselves. And as for your parents, try talking to them and tell them how you are feeling!

when i was younger i had that feeling too, it sucks right!

well try to find interesting things to say to draw people's attention.
and try to avoid meaningless conversations like when you wanna say something try to imagine the reaction of the person you're talking to would he like what you're saying?

when i told my best friend about it (the only 1 who's truly listen) she told me its because im too nice, too nice wont do you good these days!
and she also said that i talk too much >.<" hehe well im still working on this part but its true when you talk too much people lose attention in what you have to say even if it was important or interesting.

maybe you aren't ignored, you're just emo. Stop thinking the world is out to get you- or ignore you- and you'll realize you are just thinking about it too much and no ones really ignoring you.
