i want to contact ebay about another seller violating a policy, but i don't want to give away my user id. can i contact ebay via email anonymously?
i need an email address, because i don't want to call them... if someone knows an ebay email address please let me know.

I agree you should contact eBay. Tell them your concerns about your id getting out. They seem to be cool people.
