What are some high paying sports jobs?

I know a sports agent can make a lot, but that seems like a real cut throat business. I am looking for a job where I can be the owner, but would appreciate all suggestions. I would like to be the boss so that I can have flexible hours. Thank You

Agent.... But in the sports industry as a whole there are very few jobs with a lot of people trying to get the jobs!
