Does "customer service 101" mean a dangerous person has entered the drug store? Does it mean someone is stealing? Does it mean an undercover service clerk should come and watch someperson?? I have heard it alot lately and was wondering what it means??? Especially in a drug store ????

each store has its own codes and it is not generally for the public to know. unless it is a bomb threat.

"Customer service 101" sounds to me as if someone is being reminded that "the customer always comes first." In other words, be courteous and remember the very basic rules of handling customers.

But, it could be a code - ask the drug store manager.

Every store has it own code system. You have to talk to someone in the store.

they like to use codes so people will think they are being watched...
