The reason for this is because your connection if on ADSL is 1500 by 256 it means that you can download 1.5Mbps which is around 600KB/s roughly this is only an estimate and your upload speed is 256KB/s which means you can only upload around 25kb/s faster upload speeds on ADSL2 which can be up to 24MBPS download and up to 1Mbps upload but it depends on the current conditions of your telephone line and how far from the exchange you are :)

So basically your Upload Speed is limited to 25KB/s were as your Download Speed is limited to 1.5Mbps which you will never get its impossible on a 1500/256 connection.

Natrually, your upload speed will be slower than you download speed. Also check any speed limits you have.

uncheck the box in limited outgoing bandwidth and in the settings and the speed will b the same as ur up/load
