OK so you've talked over the what-if-I-get pregnant conversation? And you are comfortable with that conclusion ? Alright, then.

1) You will probably not hurt her - the hymen is a thin tissue.
2) You will not make her scared. If she is that young, she needs to not be having sex, 3 yr. boyfriend or not.
3) Use contraceptives - his and hers both.
4) Be slow & gentle. Think of her wishes & put them before your own. Ask her if she likes what you are doing. She can guide you just as easily as say in words.
5) Read # 4 again. Seriously.
6) Relax.

The first time is usually not very good, mainly due to nervousness & lack of practice.

Try not to worry.
Think of your partner's wishes.
Remember, she could be the mother of your first child.

Good Luck!

Have you done anything else at least?
Since you both have never had sex, I suggest doing other things first. Remember baby steps here.

first, kissing
second, fondling
third, kissing body parts
forth, fingering (you have to do this before sex)
fifth, oral- I suggest doing this before sex so you two get comfortable around eachother
finally sixth, sex

Now. If you two have done fingering and oral already, then what you need to do is get her into the mood.

It will only take you a few minutes to be ready for her, but could take her up to ten minutes to be completly ready for you to enter her.

Finger her to make sure she is ready for you to enter. She should feel wet and not so tight.

If she is ready, then lay her on her back. Its generally easier for virgins in missionary position (you on top, her laying down on her back legs spread)

If you've never done fingering/oral sex, then its going to be a lot harder to get her ready for sex. She will be very very tight even if she is really wet and no matter what you do, it will hurt her when you enter.

Use birth control and have fun!

You got the advice you need already -- go slowly. Oh. Have much foreplay. You must go down on her first. Everything needs to be very lubricated. If you're not ready to eat it, you're not ready to get it for real. Also, that will help her feel very relaxed and comfortable. It will make her very naturally lubricated.

Communicate!!!!! Be attentive to her feelings, needs and desires. Start out slow with passionate, but gentle kisses, soft caresses and tender touches. Basically, go with the flow and consider each other's reactions. Focus on her and look her in the eyes once in a while.
