Your zoning has changed from residential to commercial and the home has been "grand-fathered" in. This is known as a pre-existing non-conforming use and if your structure was to be damaged in a fire, natural disaster then you would most likely not be able to build a residential structure on the property. It however maybe worth more as commercial land.

It means the area is approved for commercial (business use). Before you buy, ask about the advantages and disadvantages of buying in a Commercial Zone.

Zoned for business use. See it it can be used for dual-purpose; i.e., business, or residential, or both. Some can, some can't. Best to be sure before you buy.

this is talking about the Godly convictions and faith within you that remain true in the face trials of temptations and hardships. not gold from the ground that everyone is in love with here on earth, but the gold from God that makes you worth so much to mankind. So what gold do you have that has been tried in the fire?
