I like a eighteen year old and I am not sure if I should stop going around him and all that. One day we were in basement of our church and we were in the stage area with the lights off and he tickled me and pulled me on his lap. And I began to feel strange as these questions ran through my mind

Thoughts: Am I doing the right thing?
Why is he tickling me in the dark?
Couldnt he have done that in the lit hallway?
Am I hurting myself?
Why am I here?
Why did he ask me did I still live in the same place?
Should I of said no?
Did I do something wrong?
Why am I feeling sick to my stomach now?

Is it right that I left him (not all together ) to collect my thoughts about what I was feeling? Should I leave him for real?

I am thirteen, we were just causally talking as we walked around the church.

If something makes you feel sick to your stomach then something definitely ain't right. Trust your gut and leave him alone.

The questions you have asked of yourself are very alarming:

"Am I doing the right thing?"
"Am I hurting myself?"
"Why did he ask me did I still live in the same place?"
"Why am I feeling so sick to my stomach?"

These questions amongst the other questions roaming in your mind are truly "RED FLAGS" This means, please do keep your distance. If you trust your parents enough, share this information with them, because Sweetie, if you really liked this 18 year old male, (who I do suspect to be older than that), those questions would not be running through your head. Keep in mind, you are doing all of this in the DARK...IN THE CHURCH BASEMENT....and HE'S OLDER THAN YOU...not a safe thought that comes to mind because even though you may physically feel older or mature...these feelings that you are feeling tells me you are a young lady and the reason why you left to gather your thoughts, is that of a RESPECTFUL YOUNG LADY. So, I do admire you for that and appreciate you thinking the way you did, but Sweetie...out of safety...STAY AWAY FROM HIM...He asked if you still lived in the same place...that is SCARY...because now I am concerned that he might try to VISIT YOU WITHOUT PERMISSION...PLEASE TALK THIS OVER WITH YOUR PARENTS OUT OF SAFETY...Please and be SAFE...(smiles)

***Hint: I only used the capital letters because I haven't figured out how to bold things on Yahoo Answers...I am not yelling this out...Just showing concern...be safe...(smiles)

He sounds like a pervert-he is 18 and you are still a child at 13 and for him to make a move on you in church is a little creepy, stay away from the guy.

If you are having all these questions running through your head maybe you should leave him. Just tell him you need some space to think about your feelings. And maybe you should talk to somebody older who has dealt with the problems that you are feeling.

It depends are you 13 or 18. If your are 18 your probably mature enough to trust your own feelings if you are 13 I would stay away.

Talk to him and tell him how you feel he won't know he is doing anything wrong unless you speak up, just be nice about it. Good luck and God bless you

Basement... church... tickling in the dark... :\

I'm not exactly sure why you would leave him, unless he was doing more then tickling you (especially in a church O_O).

Please re-explain.

I AM REALLY NOT UNDERSTANDING THIS QUESTION.

Ummm actually now that you have explained more you should tell your parents, pastor, minister, police! That in unacceptible behavior on his part as being adult! And you being a child!
