No. Although I respect him, I doubt he has the squad and the experience to pull through. He has done miserably in trying to kick off West Ham United's early season and landed them in the bottom 3. That resulted him getting the boot from the Hammers. He could not get the tactics right and playing the best team in West Ham, and I doubt he is able to do in Charlton. Unless he has a capable Assistant Manager who has the experience to motivate the team and advises him on the tactics.

in my view i think of he has little experience so do not think of that is going to help them out lots I recommend if Liverpool extra in Lawro or Alan Hansen unexpectedly all human beings could be bowled over that they have only offered a popular bbc pundit to administration a premiership footballer, yet because of the fact its Newcastle no person's suprised anymore while its only as loopy IMO yet I spose as he's the seventh supervisor on account that 2004 we are used to this. i think of he desires time to advance as a supervisor and being a great participant does not recommend he would be succsesful as a supervisor he has been thrown in on the deep end and that i optimistic desire he can carry out some miracles. widely used Newcastle followers are thinking they might win the league next 3 hundred and sixty 5 days now and he would be magnificent yet what they overlook is even while Shearer replaced into enjoying for them they in no way fairly gained the league and his expectancies are extensive for a guy without experience.# i think of its a great possibility yet a minimum of in the event that they pass down they wont be searching for an eighth supervisor in 5 years as they wont do away with Shearer

I doubt it, but you never know, their confidence is a little shattered. Of course it will depend on how he can wheel and deal in the transfer window. I understand the board are not prepared to splash out, however, if he could sell a few players to get money in he could get players to his liking. Players also available on loan could help them.
I wouldn't give up all hope, I remember three years ago, Birmingham seemed doomed and we bought in Dugarry, Upson, Clemence etc in January window and we managed to turn things round and stay up.
Pardew is a good manager, even if they do go down, I'll bet he will have them straight back up the following season.

I doubt he will but, he is the one of the best manager's to bring you back up if you are relegated. All you have to do is look at his record he has been excellent. Reading, westham.(unlucky to lose his job)

You've spelt his name wrong and yes Charlton will stay up but it'll be nothing to do with him.
