Can the doctor hear it with the stethoscope? You're probably feeling the baby hiccup. That's what mine was.

you could be feeling pulpitations i have been having these they feel like the babys heart beat is pumping really loud.

Awww I miss that feeling. Its a wonderful feeling and perfectly normal but if your still worried you can ask your OB.
