In my state they will continue to pay you if attending school full time. but no matter what can only collect for 6 months after working for a min. of 6 months.Did you speak with your unemployment case worker about your concern? You may qualify for other benefits besides unemployment depending on your situation. Try to think of it as a major life change that will in the end benefit the rest of your life.A sacrifice now may totaly suck but think long term here. GO to SCHOOL!.

Going back to school would always be more beneficial than keeping unemployment benefits...Unemployment benefits are limited by time while your education lasts a lifetime...and your earning potential is a lot better than unemployment. I would always say go to school....GO TO SCHOOL. Its the only way to have a better future.

Go to the local unemployment security commission office and ASK one of the caseworkers there if it is permissible for you to be a student while receiving unemployment benefits. Your tax money pays these people's salaries; they are supposed to provide information for you.
I don't see why it would not be fine for you to go to school, so long as you are also seeking work and not turning down any work that you are offered, but do ask the experts.

I don't think they will stop them any sooner than if you didn't go back to school. Why don't you go back to school and not work while you are collecting unemployment and then work part time while you are in school when your unemployment check runs out. I worked my way through school and it was fine.
