we take them off and leave them by the door inside. i have off white carpets, damn it!

I always remove my shoes at home and at my Mom's. I let people keep their shoes on. If I see that they are tracking something in, they have to remove the shoes. I prefer everyone to wear house shoes, but it will never happen, it's too much to ask, I guess. I ask people I visit if they remove shoes.

I have tile floor so it really doesnt matter. But when I soon move it will be carpet and there will be NO shoes pass the front door..

well what is shoes anyways? lol i dont have to remove them because i am in wheelchair but if you are able to walk you gotta to take them off hahahaha

I take mine off because I am more comfy w/o them but others may do as they please so long as their shoes are clean
