Anything you have a lot of experience in!

What did you do in highschool? Play any sports? Cheerleading? Dance? Gymnastics? These are things you can teach children in your area.

Teach on things that you know about and have experienced. At 22 I do not imagine that there are too many things that you know how to do. But one thing you CAN do is learn the entire operation at Subway from front to back and become a master of every single task from being the order taker to the janitor. Be loyal and dedicated and work your way up to being the manager so that you can learn the business end of how everything works. After doing that and getting a few years of experience under your belt you could actually travel the country consulting others who want to set up their own Subway franchise.

You can teach people about money. I do, I work in financial services and there is a potential 6 figure+ income if you are able to build a business doing it.
