benadryl does work to go to sleep right? how long does it take for me to go to sleep?

Benadryl is not addictive and is often told by a doctor to use sometimes for sleep.....if you are not use to them a 25 mgm may help you but would not take over one 50.mgm capsule...should relax you and make you sleepy.

Are you insane?? Benadryl is an ALLERGY drug, designed to stop your body from having a serious reaction to something! Using Benadryl in the wrong way can cause SERIOUS health problems!! If you need to fall asleep... I recommend Nightol, the sleepaid you can buy over the counter at any drug store. Benadryl ONLY makes you sleepy as a side effect to counteracting whatever is going to make you highly sick or die.

1 or 2, depending on your tolerance to drugs, weight, and age. take it and then let your body relax. you'll be asleep shortly - i'd say in 20 to 30 minutes.
