i would've gone with scar from the lion king, but maleficent's one helluva contender to appear as the uber-villain in kingdom hearts...
my vote goes to maleficent for giving sora (and myself) a hard time.

Maleficent's my favorite of the villains. Scar was a great villain, too - he killed his own brother! But then again, Cruella DeVille was willing to mutilate 101 dalmation puppies just for a fur coat. lol I love Yzma and Cronk from "The Emperor's New Groove," though. They're the funniest villains.

Im going to might desire to disagree with Scar, even with the certainty that Lion King is easily between the wonderful disney video clips of all circumstances, he finally ends up getting killed! No "superb villian" may be killed! Jafar became extremely frightening.. yet im gonna might desire to declare the wonderful villian is Cruella De Vil. Skins domestic canines and wears them!! ill and evil

Shere Khan, the tiger (The Jungle Book). It's a combination of the sharpened feline claws, the English accent and the scene at the end where Baloo the bear is felled that does it for me.
