Definitely normal - but don't get excited, it has nothing to do with you. Wait until he's potty training and gets one... pee everywhere. Laugh with him when it happens.

Yes. Almost all baby boys have an erection when they pee. So if you see it, watch out! That's how i've gotten sprayed with pee by my son many a time.
