hello does anyone know where I can get some weeping cherry seeds?

They do not grow from seeds--they are grafted. So if you want one you'll have to go to your local nursery and buy one.

stop into your local independent garden center for info, but you are better off getting one that is already a couple years old

I can find just about anything there.
