cause i had 2 buy a new charger but the charger said only for DS lite and it showed a ds with like 2squares or circles on the front but mine doesn't have it on the front also mine has a bigger charger hole thingy but the one i bought 2day has a small plug that supposed to plug in the ds.also anyboday have a nintendo ds that i can trade or anybody want one it's a ac adaptor. it doesn't fit my ds that's why i was wondering if there were 2 different ds's cause it doesn't fit mine. it's only 13 bucks for the adaptor it just doesn't fit mine [just a little 2 small that's all BRAND NEW!]

There are 2 versions of the DS: the regular and the DS Lite.
The regular DS has the wider plug, while the DS Lite has the thinner plug.
If you have a GBA, you can use that charger to charge up the regular DS.
The DS Lite requires it's own adapter, which came with the DS Lite.

Yes, there are two Nintendo DS. There is the Nintendo DS One, and the there is the Nintendo DS Lite. Anyone who is a gamer should know this. I personally prefur the Sony PSP. Its way better and way cooler.

Well if you bought a Regular DS it should have come with a charger. Mine did.
