Technically, Greedo did "draw" first since he already had Han at blasterpoint.
But as far as who fired first... Han did. Greedo never fired his weapon, no matter what Lucas tries to say now.

Han drew first. It's filmed that way in the ORIGINAL film. The re-worked film is altered to show Gredo drawing first (so we might like Han better if he was killing in self-defense).
Personally, I don't need to like Han right away. He was a scoundrel, a Nerf-herder, and a smuggler - remember? He grew into a good guy, a hero, and I like him just fine for that.
Boo and Hiss on George Lucas for changing that part of the film...it is insulting to me and my intellect.
