It's illegal to sell or buy Rune scape accounts. I had one that was level 68-70 but it was RS1 and I gave most of my items away.
The best way to get a good account is to work the adventures, take every piece of equipment that is on the floor and trade it for cash. Many of the better players will give items to players of level 1 to level 3. If your son wants to IM me he could. Kill the goblins level nine and the chickens and lower barbarians. Than he'll gain levels and be a better character. Have him IM or write me if he wants pointers. Good luck!

Keep tight control on his gaming, especially during the week so his grades don't drop and he doesn't retreat into a virtual world, away from people, fresh air, exercise and childhood.

Your breaking the games rules for your son and using bad grammer to do it? I think your sons taken up crossdressing his avitar... Tell him to pick on creatures that don't slap him around and quit this stupid junk.
