I am in 7th grade and had my first rejection. If u ever had i was wondering if it is still akward hanging out with that person.

7th grade ... oh sweety, you will have many more rejections. It happens to everyone. Just try to be nice to the person or say hi and smile if you see them.

Hi buddy. I am sorry to hear about you being turned down. Make no mistake that with one's love life, there's going to be ups and downs and to answer your question, it's good that you're opening up about your first rejection. Please don't get discouraged because it happens to EVERYONE. It will happen again at least once, so be prepared. But of course it will also work out too, and I wish you nothing but the best.
And yeah, now I'll shut up. It is awkward hanging around that person because no matter what a woman tells you (she doesn't want to hurt feelings), she's going to remember you asking her out or whatever and her rejecting you. She might feel weird about it herself. We'd need more details, but im assuming this is a female friend of yours who caught your interest, right? Stay friends with her but don't ever let her take advantage of your kindness. You'll know what im talking about,

It's definitely awkward hanging out with that person at first however if you two just give each other space, hopefully you'll become friends again. It's always going to be awkward for a short period of time. Space is key, I believe. Good luck!

Don't run and hide because of a rejection.... At seventh grade level, you will have many more in your future.You will have your heart broken more than once. You'll break hearts too.... It's all part of life...

I hate feeling rejection, My girlfirned says she partly rejects me. It hurts, Im still her friend-boyfriend.
