GERMANY won FAIRLY! Its been 17 years,,,,you and Maradona need to wake up. Maradona is one of the best ever. No one, even himself, can take that away. Germany won and we move on. Germany just beat Argentina this summer fairly again.....much respect to one of the best futbol countries...ARGENTINA!

If that makes you feel better about the lack of talent Argentina has right now, continue to believe in the crooled refs. The past couple of world cups argentina has only choked. Let's face it, Germany deserved to win that game. They had more heart and motivation to win than the Argentinians. Argentina thought that they were going to go and win just by showing up, and that never happens. Arrogance is the worst sin a team or an individual can have. I think that is the reason why I always thought that Maradona was a crappy player. He had the talent for the game, but his arrogance brought him down. Besides the fact that he was an embarassment to his country and to the game. Anyway, Argentina did not deserve to win against the Germans.

I wanted Argentina to win that match so badly and I think Argentina played so much better than Germany but maybe Germany didn't cheat,maybe Argentina was just having a very bad luck.Things like that always happen in football.Sometimes a better team loses to another team,but that's football.You can't run away from that fact.But well,I don't think Germany cheated anyway.

I think Argentina played better than Germany for the game but could not convert that slight advantage into more goals. In PKs they did not stand a chance. Sad, really

i'm MESSI's fan, but i don't think germany cheated at all! argentina was just unlucky, and they will come back stronger in 2010!
