It's the one that clips, has 1 GB and it's new in box (but opened). I also have an iPod USB power adapter. What do you figure is the max that I can ask for for both of them?

I found one being sold for $80 on eBay, but it's unopened. Also, how much should I charge for the adapter?

The most that you can sell it for is $55 to $60 bucks, you cant sell it for more because it most have costed 90-100$ and you have to sell it for a little bit more than half the price

Sell your iPod shuffle for a resonable price. Is your iPod in mint condision? Is it defective? If it runs pretty well, then sell it for around $70-$130. Sell your iPod for around the price that stores do.
