what are some of the major differences between the book Valley of the Dolls and the movie?

First of all, the booked rocked and the movie was wretched. Jackie herself hated it, ESPECIALLY the ending. She said Anne would never go back to lawrenceville that is the whole POINT! Also, the movie glosses over too much and takes the easy way too much. making it hard to follow and simplistic. I own both, but only b/c I am a Huge fan of Jackie.
