syncing music to ipod nano?

i don't know exactly how to do this!
okay i have all the music i want added to my library in itunes
but i don't know how to sync it!!
can you please help me figure it out step by step!1

Your ipod should appear on Itunes, when you see the link or the folder that an ipod appears, you have to right click the folder and there will appear a message that says update ipod, click it, that will sync your music to your ipod
