Use moist heat -
take a hot shower - not too hot - you don't need scalding water,
use a moist heating pad [nonelectric] get one that heats in the microwave. or -
Wet a bath towel in hot water from the tap, wring it out and cover your breasts - then wrap another dry towel around you - wrap up in a warm bath robe and get some rest... keep warming and replacing the towel - get plenty of rest.
