Well, I don't believe in people being condemned to hell, so it doesn't matter to me, but let's say that people can go to hell...If I were going to Heaven I would be there whether or not he knew I was dead, and a mistake like me getting into Heaven if I weren't supposed to would never happen (with Peter making a list and checking it twice like Santa :P ).

I assume this is just a funny joke, so yes I would. Definitely. :-) But just saying, Satan can't take you away if you're going to Heaven, because he knows when you died. If you're saved by God, then there's nothing to worry about. You'll go to Heaven anyways.
