You could always up the water if you have a wet/dry vac and can get access to the puddle (which I imagine if you know you have a puddle you have access) Just stick the hose in there and turn her on.

i would sugest geting the water out of there. as to avoid any mold if it leaks out of the duct. just take the vent cover off and dip a towel into the puddle to soak it up.

good puddle to form mosquitoes, put some mulch and garlic to soak up the puddle

Yes it is OK. The air flow will evaporate the moisture in no time.

like the one answer said, it will evaporate. but, where did the water come from? did you fix that?
