Many times you are about to explain something interesting to your friend. But first she interupts you. Two minutes later, she asks you what is it you wanted to say, and you totally forgot! Or if want to do something, i think of the thing i wanna do, but i reach for a paper first. And then suddenly i realize i forgot that too! I'm not alzeimeristic (if you can put it that way). It happens to everyone...but y?

because maybe your thinking about more than 1 thing at a time and your thoughts get jumbled up together and by the time that u actually go to say what u wanted, u totally forget!

Because the mind processes short term and long term memory different. Sometimes things don't get passed to the long-term when inturrupted - and bingo it's gone.

No, You are not suffering from Alzheimer's disease. It was a short term memory loss that's all. Your brain was just traveling too fast for Your thoughts to catch up.
