This is what I do.
First of all, I take a shower twice a day. But it last only 5 minutes each (if I'm not washing my hair).
After my day shower, I towel off and put on lotion containing SPF 15, whether or not I'm going outside, concentrating especially on arms and neck and legs.
I put on a face cream/lotion containing SPF 15 or higher, regardless of whether or not I'm going out.
At night, after a quick five minute shower, I apply baby oil to my skin while I'm still dripping wet. This locks in moisture. After that, I put some face lotion on and go to bed.
It sounds like a lot of work, but trust me, doesn't take much time at all.
Showering twice a day: Total 10 minutes.
Applying lotion and baby oil: Total 10 minutes.
Apply face cream night and day: Total 10 minutes.
Surely you can give your body at least 30 minutes broken up into fifteen minute increments a day.

I use the 3 step Proactive solution. It seems to help. I don't do it everyday because I am really senstitive to benzoyl peroxide.
On off days a use a mild lotion like oil of olay face wash.
MAKE SURE that the products you use on your face don't have mineral oil because that can clog pores and make it worse.
