One scary-@ss horror movie villain is Christabella from "Silent Hill." She's the one who was leading the group of people who tried to roast a little girl for being a witch. Alice Grieg plays her extremely well, and it is definitely a creepy performance.

Chuckie, because of the fact he became the only person who scared me to dying. I dont know about scariest but I like Shan-U thats how you say it anyways from Mulan, I think of Disney movies generally they each have a villain unique to it and ther all pretty cool
