6 inches of circumference thats all u need and a decent lenght,,.of about 6.5+ inches.... i think someone with like 5.5-5.8 inches circumference the condom would be kind of loose you know.. so, it all depends of how fat the penis is or girth! lenght is not the factor..one couldhave a 10 inch penis and still cannot use a magnum if he doesnt have the girth for it.. magnums are 1.5 inches in width and 8 inches long.. the standard condom has a circumference of 4-4.10 inches of cicumference... and the avrage male has about 4.7-5 inches so it stretches... while someone having 6 + inches... is like strangling the penis.. :) so they would need a penis bigger than 2.2 inches wide.. the biggest condom i ve hear about was the 'naturalamb' which has almost 2.7 inches wide..!

Now this is something i didnt think i would run across! as i was searching for another problem totally yours pops up! and catches my eye ! so i say to you a magnum condom is made for larger males an if you arethat big try an see if it fits! if it is to tight chances are you may pop it lol so htefor it woudlnt be a good idea to use it for safety reasons of your female partner !
