Not likely. Although gonorrhea and some other STDs produce white discharge (and if you're really worried, talk to your doctor), a woman's love juices often resemble either a man's semen or a pastelike white substance. This is typically more common when the woman has had an especially good time, so hopefully you're just a tiger in the sack. Otherwise, hope for a bacterial infection, which is completely curable (although they do generally have to shove a probing instrument down your urethra... sorry man, just keep a stiff upper lip and think of John Wayne).

Did you take a shower afterwards or did you fall asleep? I think it is probably the after-"affects" of her fun during the act...
Don't worry about it, unless this was a one night stand! Then maybe, you should be a lot more careful and use a condom the next time!
Relax....she didn't leave you with an STD! Just remnants that you made her feel good!

Are you sure it wasn't the girls orgasm on you? I know when my fiance and I sometimes have sex some it stays on his hair at the base. Hopefully for you hon it is not. I have never heard of a white paste look for an STD...I think you are ok.
