There is a series I've been reading and I absolutely LOVE it. The books are by Janet Evanovich, the series is called The Plum Series. The first book in the series is called One For the Money and it's about a woman who gets laid off and is in need of work and money so she takes up bounty hunting for her cousin. It's set in Trenton, New Jersey and has all the attitude and comedy you could possibly want. Hope you enjoy these awesome novels!

Most novels are not written in first person because it denies the author a lot of outside advantages that first person prohibits.
Moby Dick is written in first person.

I just answered a question about this book, but it is a great book to read. "A Child Called It" by Dave Pelzer. It is a true story and it is one of those books that changes you.
