I'd like to buy a PDA, do some PDA's come with free internet access?

I'd like to buy a Pda that I could watch videos on and access the internet. What are some good models?

Built in wi-fi means free internet wherever their is an open wireless signal.

There are no PDAs that 'come' with free internet service, but there are a lot that have built in WiFi that can be used on wireless networks for free. The other option is phones that do not require a wireless signal but you have to pay a monthly fee.
