Annoyance the never goes away!!?

We are in the tenth grade. I have alot of classes with an annoying boy that wont shut up. He easedrops on my conversations and is a @ss in general. Sometimes he jokes around with me and smiles. My friend John and I were working on math and annoying boy yells those two are going out which isn't true. He also had me help him with math problems and was going faster work faster. At the end of the class I asked him are you trying to be a pain in the *** or does it come naturally. His response naturally. The other day he was laughing in the band lounge and said he doesn't hate me and can tolerate me. We sometimes get along like I said but he is usally an ***. If he can tolerate me why is he so mean?

If he likes me why does he act like hes in the fourth grade by being mean?

He's an *** like you said but says that he "tolerates" you to make it seem like you are the one being the ***. You can ignore him(may not work) or make it clear that people like him often turn out to be 40 year old virgins who live at home in the parents' basement and have absolutely no social life. You can even make up how psychologists have done research on this. I doubt he'll ever read a book.

Sounds like he really likes you! He just does not know how to express it. In other words he is still very juvenile in the head if you know what I mean.. Try to ignore his ignorance, maybe someday he will get it and really be friend material.
