is it bad to go against your mom when you are 18 but still at home but want to get a facial piercing but not one that draws to much attention i mean shouldnt you beable to do what you want you only live once???

Yes you are an adult, but you do live in your mothers house, your mom probably pays most if not all the bills for utilities and such.
In this case just wait until you move out, your life will be so much more peaceful!

I know you are legally grown, but while you are in your mother's house and she pays the bills, I think you should respect her enough to wait until you have your own place. It would make her happy to know that you love her enough to wait.

I think as long as you tell her in advance and pay for it yourself I don't see the problem.

why do you want a peircing anyway? It won't look too good when you're at work and people are staring at it!
