It is totally up to the judge. I would prepare to not return home then if you do get held over you won't have a bunch of loose ends. Chances are that if you are out now, have jumped through the hoops and show up for your trial you may get to go home until you have to appear for sentencing. The judge will read what the prosecutor is asking for and if you are considered a flight risk, ie, no job, don't own a house etc then he may have you taken into custody pending sentencing. It also depends on where you live. Most of the prison system is now filled to the brim thanks to our friends from the south. You may get home jailed. Remember the old adage from here on out..."If you can't do the time, don't do the crime".
Good Luck

you need to speak with an attorney, which you can do via the internet.
most attorneys will offer you an hour of free council.
no one can really answer your question without knowing what you have been charged and what your history may have.
that being said, i would say that if you are going on trial and weren't arrested before hand they probably won't arrest you afterwards.
they generally arrest people in order to get them to trial, not after they get convicted.
however, if it is a criminal matter and you are found guilty and they sentence you the same day, this is something you should be prepared for.

You will be handcuffed and led away immidiatly after conviction.
Going to jury trial you will get the maximum sentence.
You should have made a deal....and get less time or less.
Better get the change of address done before you go.

If it's a felony more than likely yeah you'll be arrested on the spot. If not than maybe not. But
like others have already said, it depends on your crime.

This very much depends on the charges and whether or not the judge thinks you are a flight risk.

Actually. You've already been indicted. And you will be kept in jail depending on the nature of your crime. Sounds like your already sentencing yourself.

You susally don't get arrested if you are at home safe right now. If it was REALLY serious they would keep you in jail till trial.

If you are out on bond they could revoke the bond until sentencing and lock you up or they could let you remain free until sentencing. Talk to your attorney about your options.

Depends on what you are accused of doing and if you can get bail. It's really up to the judge.
