I am a little concerned as i dont know if this is pregnancy related or not. I have these red and white blotches all down my legs and the are very blue as well. Could this be my circulation? I did just get out of the shower so maybe it was the warm water. ANy ideas? My fiance is color blind so his oppinion is useless. Thanks.

They are called vericose vains. Don't worry it is so common for that to happen especially during pregnancy. I am not sure what exactly causes it but I believe that the added weight and curse of gravity has a hand in it. The best thing to do is to avoid being on your feet or standing for long periods of time. Don't get me wrong, you should still be physically active and do the usual activities but try not to stand so much. After you have your baby you can have them treated probably with a specialist (maybe a dermotologist or other specialist could refer you to the right direction on how to fix them). There are new injections that can fix it quickly and painlessly but I would first wait until your pregnancy has ended as more may pop up before then. Best of luck and take care.

When you're pregnant, there's a condision about veins, I forget what it's called but my mother had it. I suggest consulting your doctor.
