I currently heard a lame quote from my 14 year old friend about him claiming he can throw over 100 yards.

Another question: if you train using a bowflex, could you throw 100 yards?

no not even some nfl players can do that and for a 14 year old to do it is stupid

Im 14 and I started working out on the bowflex and it is bull i worked out for 8 months and it was not as good as working out at the gym. No one can throw 100 yards even if they are in the best of shape

100 yards in a game maybe was what he was referring to. Other than that, take him to a field and had him throw the football. Put his money where his mouth is. Anything is possible.

Watch movies (frightening ones are greater beneficial whilst its dark) Dance Scavenger Hunt (circulate around the city taking photos of distinctive bits and products) wonderful Race (same because of the fact the scavenger hunt, yet you get clues to lead you around)

Its not Vick has one of the strongest arms ever and only throws like 75-80.(only)

naw..think about it. The best QBs in the NFL can't even throw that far..and bowflex isint gonna help anything.
