Because level of education has a higher statistical corelation to income than that of race, more financial incentives should be in place to educate poor children.
What I am talking about sounds radicall but if poor families recieved checks when their kids got A's; the cycle of racism and poverty would be broken.

Request that a stipulation be placed on welfare recipients....yes, you can receive free government money, however, you will work for it. The jobs handed to them would be the field work and cheap manual labour done by illegal immigrants.
It would be good for American economics and also possible curb illegal immigration. Illegal immigrants know they have a market here and if that is taken away maybe they will stay in their country and work on its problems.

yes there should be something put into law for all states ,that they have and keep for all people , lawyers to work pro bono as community service.In all areas of law .
