What kind of things do agents want that actress/actors have accomplished? I have acted in school plays and took acting class, what other thigns are they looking for? Any sample resumes? Thnks!

Talent Agents want to see the plays in which you performed, in the city where you live, as well as local, regional, community theatre.
If you have an MFA Degree in Theatre, put it on your resume, it carries a lot of weight. List Dialects, foreign languages, dance (tap/jazz/ballet/ etc.), unusual skills, sign language, motorcyle rider, horseback riding, swimming, tennis, bowling, diving, boating, wrestling, anything that will pique the interest of the agent reading your resume.
Use a professional headshot photographer to shoot your 8x10 Black&White photos. If you don't have a headshot photographer call a Talent Agency and ask which headshot photgrapher they recommend, or, ask your actor friends.

You may want to avoid elementary plays and even highschool plays unless they were part of a festival or competition. College plays are okay, though. However, if you've done nothing else then your highschool plays will have to do.
Try adding more under your belt and go to open auditions at community theatres, dinner theatres, repp theatres, and children's theatres in your area.
And yes, also include acting classes under school experience. Sorry I can't offer a sample resume.
