i really have no idea...and i have a paper due tomoro...i need some details too...if u can help...thanx

I would personally say John Brown, because the Civil War started because of uneven # of states, and the whole Kansas thing sort of set it off. Good luck with your paper!

From my social studies classes I would defidently say that Andrew Jackson had to do with the civil war more. I would just go to google or some search siteand type in both, and read some on them, but my best answer is Andrew Jackson.

John Brown due to the immediate effect he had on the south.
