Hi,
The first thing you do when you enter lounge is check play small window in option box at the bottom left of the lobby page. Once you sit, you can expand the room to see the chat area. You will only see the top half of the cards but there are no ads!!!

Welll, my best guesses are either popups are being blocked. (the board comes up in a popup window) or you need to clear out old files. So first, clear out your temporary internet files (Tools, Internet Options, delete Temp Int Files). Then, go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab, Settings button next to Popup Blocker. Where it says “Address of Website to Allow”, type or paste in:
http://games.yahoo.com/
then click Add. Now, you should be able to play.

your internet navigator probably has blocked pop up windows or cookies.
