I keep hearing that we are likely to have a terrorist attack here in the US, it seems to me that security is pretty good. They seem to catch everyone that tries to do something. What could they do that we wouldn't catch?

Many things. Our ports are not secure. Our nuclear facilities lack protection. We seem to be concentrating on the unlikely event of another 9/11 type attack and neglecting the fact that they will not do the same thing twice.

A crop duster filled with anthrax over a small town in the mid-west could kill more people then died on 9/11

There are thousands of ways to attack, and the only sure way to protect ourselves is to take the war to them and make the price of an attack too high

If there is any terror attacks its coming from our own government and no where else. They started the whole war on terror as a pretext to take away our liberties and as a reason to attack the middle east. Watch this documentary to understand how they started it all on 9/11. We must expose these criminals and 'terrorists' for what they are the scum of the earth.

It's about good as predicting which stone the next lightning strike will hit. Remember all those color warnings after 2001? It's impossible to catch them all before it happens. In Seattle just last year some nut went on shooting rampage at Jewish organization because he was mad about Israel/Hezbollah war during summer of 2006. If your next door neightbor one day get so angry about US foreign policy and decide to kill some people at Starbucks there's not much you can do to stop that sort of things. Sure tracking Al Queda might help, but its all those irrational anger that can trigger someone to commit terrorism.

Well, I hope there isn't another attack!

And if there is, I know that a lot of places have precautions, and procedures to follow to keep everyone safe.

I know my job does, my boyfriends job does, and my daughters school does.

So if by any chance it was to happen again, i know that we would be safe.

Relax. Living in fear is worse than being attacked.

What could they do? How could we know?
