I have a Tablet PC:

Acer Tablet c200 Travelmate

CPU: 1.73 GHz Pentium M
Memory: 1.24 GB
Hard Drive: 120 GB - 5400 RPM
Graphics Card: 256 MB NVIDIA GForce 6200

How will my PC do?
Should I upgrade to Vista?

Are people having problems with the In-Place Upgrade? If yes, then why?

I ran the Upgrade Adviser, and it said that I can upgrade. I just want to get a other peoples' opinions.

It should be fine. Although at some point you'll probably want at least 2GB of RAM in your notebook. PC World just did an article on Windows Vista under various conditions and applications. You may want to read the article first.

You have enough RAM and a decent video adapter. Windows Vista has more animations than XP. I installed the Business Edition last week on a Desktop.

Everyone I know who BETA'd Vista didn't like it. Call it a slow add on to XP. Said things crashed or didn't work. I'd wait unless you are already having problems with your unit.
