i prefer ground chuck its less oily

I like ground chuck, but also round and sirloin. I also buy the 93/7 ground beef. Have you tried ground buffalo? YUM!!!!!

Depends on the beef. If they have lots of sirloin trims it could be less fatty than chuck. Ground Round or Ground Sirloin, that's even better.

Chuck, it costs a lot more but its not greasy or oily and watered down like beef.

Ground Chuck because it is more healthy, less greasy, and has better taste, even though it is a bit pricey.

I don't care what it is, just as long as it has no mad cow disease in it. But I agree that ground chuck is less greasy.
