what is ifly?

my friend has ths laptop and everyone has told him that he has ifly but he doesnt hve a clue what it is. they tell him he can go to the park and use his laptop. i have never heard of it, if he can go to the park and use it or wherever, how does he begin to use this card thingy and what does he do????
