when sum1 says that "u luk nice", does it mean "u luk good" ? and when ppl says sum1 luks sweet dat also means lukin good right ?or one kind of goodlukin right?

OK when someone says "u look nice" it's the exact same thing as lookin' good, or something like that. About the sweet part, that could mean what kind of personality the person who is saying it has. Like say its a sort of shy quiet person then yes it means "sweet", like "good" or "nice". If its someone who is out there all the time it could mean "innocent".

When someone says "You look nice", they're complimenting you on whatever you're wearing. When someone says "You look sweet", they're probably meaning the same thing as "You look nice" or probably meaning "You look cute" (like a little kid or an attractive teen/adult), or "You look nice" (spiritually; that means that you look like you have real good manners and they can tell you're nice on the inside and out).
