Honestly,
Download Limewire (the free version). type in the word ringtones every few min. in the search bar. Try mobile tones, alltel, etc. That is the best way because you can customize them and some of the selections are great. If you have a kyocera, or lg you are out of luck this way. You will need a better phone (motorola, [pocket pc etc.)

just make them yourself or download them and upload to the phone through usb cable
